Services and Fees

$250 (inclusive of GST)

• Covers administrative costs associated with preparing and arranging mediation invitations and preparing section 60I certificates.

• Only payable if invitations are not accepted and no mediation confirmation date is reached. Otherwise, if mediation is confirmed, this fee is included in the booking fee/mediation fees.

• If other party's contact information is unknown, location services can be engaged at an additional cost as charged by the service.

Please note that a non-refundable booking fee of $2,200 (GST inclusive) is required to be paid within seven (7) days of confirmation that the mediation will proceed, or as otherwise arranged.

If the mediation is cancelled after the confirmation date, the booking fee cannot be refunded. This is irrespective of which party cancelled the mediation, whether or not the mediation agreement is signed, or the reason for the cancellation of the mediation.

If the mediation proceeds, the booking fee will be treated as a deposit and will be deducted from the final account. Therefore, if the Preliminary Conferences & Perusal of Documents take one (1) hour and the mediation takes (4) hours, no further monies will be payable.

As the booking fee is not refundable, it is important for everyone to be sure of their availability and to be sure that the mediation is able to proceed before making the booking. The mediation date will be vacated if the booking fee is not paid as set out above.

• For mediations up to 4 hours

• Includes preparation time of 2 hours (preparation beyond 2 hours will be charged at $495 per hour (GST incl.)

• Includes invitation fee and issuing a section 60I certificate.

• Includes travel to Ipswich and Brisbane Central

• Mediations over 4 hours charged as a Full Day Medition

• Mediations over 8 hours will be charged as a Full Day Mediation plus an an Overtime Mediation fee of $495 per hour (GST incl.)

$3,300 (GST inclusive)

• For mediations up to 8 hours

• Includes preparation time of 2 hours (preparation beyond 2 hours will be charged at $495 per hour (GST incl.)

• Includes invitation fee and issuing a section 60I certificate.

• Includes travel to Ipswich and Brisbane Central

• Mediations over 8 hours will be charged at the full day mediation rate plus an an Overtime Mediation fee of $495 per house (GST incl.)

Travel to Ipswich and Brisbane central included in mediation fee.

Travel to North Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba and elsewhere by arrangement.

Venue hire will be as charged by the relevant venue.
